Registration fees have been set according to the following scale:

$20 for those who have celebrated their 10th birthday and up.
$10 for children who have celebrated their 3rd birthday but not their 10th.
Children who have not yet celebrated their 3rd birthday are free.

Registration includes insurance and food rations.

__________________________________________________________________________________________  Caution, I have been informed that at least once an immersionist tried to do without his/her prescription medication, this is NOT permitted at SFS.  I admire people who want to push the envelope, but please, if you have medication bring it!!!

There are no walk-ons.  Registration is to be postmarked no later than November 15, 2003.  And be a member of the civilian or military yahoogroup so they can begin working on characters.  Believe me, it takes about 5 months to work out everything.  At least that's what it took us at Recon II.

All Registrants must meet the Authenticity Guidelines, and will be inspected upon arrival to ensure compliance.

I (the undersigned) declare that I have read and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations for this event, and am in full understanding that alcohol is strictly FORBIDDEN and those who try to abuse this rule will be escorted off the land. 

This is a STRICT FIRST PERSON event, and all soldiers and civilians will be expected to remain in character from the moment we begin descent over the hill until Sunday noon when we start back up at the end of the event.  If someone breaks it is the responsibility of the other participants to bring that person back around.

Please enclose with this form a check made out to "Linda Trent" and in the memo section put "Struggle For Statehood registration."  I will keep a running account of expenses and income and post them at the end of the event.   This account will be available at any time prior to the event that a participant would like to see it.

All proceeds will be going to the Albert G. Jenkins home at Greenbottom, in the form of original blankets and bedding.
